The platform provides information, analysis, portfolio insights, AI-generated responses, market commentary, watchlists, and investment ideas.

The service supports decision-making but does not replace personal judgment or qualified financial advice.

Eligibility

Users must be at least 18 years old. By using Warren, you confirm that:

  • You can legally enter into these Terms
  • Your provided information is accurate and current
  • You will use Warren only for lawful purposes
  • You will comply with these Terms and applicable laws

Access may be refused, suspended, or terminated for breaches or risky usage.

No Investment Advice

Warren provides "information...for general informational and educational purposes only" and should not be treated as regulated advice or personal recommendations.

Content may appear personalized based on user data, but this does not constitute regulated financial advice unless explicitly stated in writing.

Monthly subscription costs £7.99 per month, billed recurring unless cancelled before the next billing date.

Authorization for recurring charges is granted upon purchase. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled through your payment provider (Apple App Store, Google Play Store, Stripe, or others).

Cancellation typically takes effect at period-end. Fees are non-refundable once charged. Price changes will be notified where legally required.

Your Account

Users are responsible for keeping login details secure and all account activity. Unauthorized access must be reported promptly.

Accounts must not be shared, sold, transferred, or misused.

Acceptable Use

Users must not:

  • Violate laws or regulations

  • Use Warren in ways damaging to the service, users, or partners

Access may be suspended or terminated for breaches.

Intellectual Property

Warren's software, design, branding, models, workflows, content, features, graphics, text, logos, and materials belong to NeuralSense or licensors.

A limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license is granted for Warren use per these Terms.

Users cannot copy, modify, distribute, sell, reverse engineer, or create derivative works without written permission or legal allowance.

Feedback, ideas, suggestions, and comments may be used by Warren without restriction or compensation.

Market Data and Third-Party Content

Warren displays market data, company information, financial information, news, research, and other third-party content, which may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, or subject to third-party terms.

Accuracy, completeness, timeliness, and availability are not guaranteed. Users should verify important information with primary sources.

Privacy

Warren usage is governed by the Privacy Policy, which explains data collection, use, storage, and protection. Using Warren acknowledges personal data handling per the Privacy Policy.

Changes to Warren

Warren may be updated, changed, suspended, or discontinued anytime, including feature, plan, AI model, data source, integration, or content modifications.

NeuralSense is not liable for losses from changes, interruptions, or unavailability.

Availability

Warren aims for reliability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Unavailability may result from maintenance, outages, bugs, third-party failures, market data issues, cyber incidents, or other uncontrollable events.

NeuralSense is not responsible for downtime, delays, errors, failed notifications, stale data, unavailable connections, or interrupted access losses.

Disclaimers

Warren is provided "as is" and "as available."

To the fullest legal extent, all warranties—express or implied—including accuracy, reliability, availability, fitness for particular purposes, non-infringement, and suitability—are disclaimed.

No warranty exists that Warren will be error-free, secure, uninterrupted, or contain accurate, complete, or current content.

Unlawful liability exclusions are not applied.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest legal extent, NeuralSense Limited, its directors, employees, contractors, partners, affiliates, and suppliers are not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, special, punitive, or exemplary losses or damages.

This includes profit loss, revenue loss, opportunity loss, investment value loss, trading loss, portfolio loss, data loss, goodwill loss, or financial losses from Warren use.

Total liability is limited to the greater of subscription fees paid in the three preceding months or £50.

Death or personal injury from negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or unlimitable liability are not limited.

Indemnity

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless NeuralSense Limited and its directors, employees, contractors, partners, affiliates, and suppliers from claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from:

  • Warren use
  • These Terms breaches
  • Content or output misuse
  • Law or third-party rights violations
  • Investment, trading, or financial decisions made

Termination

Users may stop using Warren anytime.

Access may be suspended or terminated if:

  • These Terms are breached
  • The service is misused
  • Legal requirements demand it
  • Usage creates risk for NeuralSense, users, partners, or third parties
  • Warren or parts are discontinued

Termination does not affect pre-termination rights or obligations.

Changes to These Terms

Terms may be updated. Material changes are communicated via app, website, email, or app store/payment provider.

Continued Warren use after updated Terms take effect signifies acceptance.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by England and Wales law.

England and Wales courts have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or Warren use, except where consumer protection laws apply otherwise.
